Hello there my faith in plants friends! Remember Rishi? My all time favorite tea place? So, I experimented making some different recipes with Rishi’s “Everyday Matcha“, including this amazing matcha lemonade. It was refreshing, delicious, and super detoxifying. Yum yum all around! I’m still faithfully drinking my homemade matcha lattes every morning, but this is a nice twist whenever it is either:
- Very hot out
- I’ve run out of almond milk
I found the key to making the matcha lemonade super creamy and delicious is to blend it. I tried mixing it with my matcha chasen, but because it was cold it was not blending very well and leaving lots of matcha chunks in the lemonade. A quick whip in the blender and all was fixed!

- 3 lemons
- 2 ts Everyday Matcha powder
- 3-4 Tb coconut sugar
- 3 c water
- ice to taste
- Juice the lemons and strain the seeds out.
- Add the lemon juice, matcha powder, coconut sugar, and water to the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour over ice and enjoy!
